I truly love to teach and tutor others, and reading is a particular passion of mine. Reading is something that comes very naturally to me. I love to explore different genres of literature, and enjoy helping others to open their eyes to new books, too. I aim to be an advocate for literacy awareness, and I promote the idea that everyone should spend time reading each day. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Florida Atlantic University, with endorsements in gifted education, ESOL, and reading. I am currently studying for my master's degree in reading education at Nova Southern University.I have experience tutoring in both individual and group settings, and have tutored students preparing for the FCAT and helped other students strengthen their reading skills. I am also able to tutor students on phonics, ESL/ELL, and study and organizational skills. I can also tutor students during the summer months.In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, and of course, reading.
