SAT, LSAT I want to be a tutor because I love to help others grasp the concepts needed to further their dreams and careers. I have always enjoyed volunteer tutoring in college and in study groups in law school. I think of tutoring as mental coaching- you can learn as long as you have the approach that is right for you. My goal is to discover the approach and technique that will maximize your ability to learn- skills which will help you in the future to organize your materials and thoughts so you can succeed in your endeavors!

Hobbies

I am an avid reader and I write often; I love books by Hemingway, Tom Wolfe, and read constantly. I come from a big family and have taught my younger brothers to read and write before they were in elementary school. I'm also very active and run half marathons as an outdoors hobby, and adore teaching children, and teaching children better techniques for learning. I believe every child can learn; it's just a matter of finding the key to opening their minds to the material.
