Experience
I have recently completed my Masters in Education. Throughout my schooling, I was able to observe and interact in different classroom settings. Having graduated with a B.S. in Psychology, I found that I was able to incorporate a lot of my knowledge into a teaching environment. I completed my student teaching at Green Woods Charter School in Philadelphia, PA, in which I had taken role of head teacher in the classroom in both a Special Education setting, working with students from 3-5th grade, and General Education setting in a fourth grade classroom. After graduating, the school hired me as an Instructional Assistant, where I was able to work with small groups, as well as one one one, with first grade students who needed instructional help in subjects such as reading and writing. Originally from Ft.Lauderdale, I have moved back in hopes of starting my career down here, and would love to pass on my education and knowledge to new students. I am driven to help students and I provide an up beat and fun way to help them learn. I try and listen to every child and decide what their learning style may be. Creating an engaging, exciting place and setting for students to learn and grow is major in my belief as a tutor and teacher.

Hobbies
I used to be a competitive figure skater down here in South Florida, and coached for a while. I've danced my whole life and continue to go to classes. I love to swim and have fun out doors. I played soccer in middle in high school and love to join in on pick up games.
